Dance requires proper equipment in order to be successful. Proper attire allows instructors to view how the student uses their muscles and allows for specific corrections to be given. Due to safety concerns, correct dance wear and shoes must be worn in class or the student will not be able to participate. If a student is not dressed appropriately they will be asked to sit and watch class.

Attendance and Tardiness
- Instructor of class shall be informed in advance by phone on absence of any child.
- Students shall be properly dressed and ready for trainings. Those who were late for more than 15 minutes shall not be admitted to the training and the teacher may allow them to seat and oversee the lesson only. As warm-up is obligatory at the beginning, those students who did not do warm-up very well may get injured. Students coming in late cause too much distraction and delay.
- It should be kept in mind to go to the bath room before the attending the lessons, to prevent unnecessary interruptions. If the student needs to use the bathroom during the lesson, he or she shall ask to leave and return to the class as soon as possible.
Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class; and the studio cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class for one student. If more than 3 out of the last 6 classes are missed prior to the recital the dancer WILL NOT be allowed to participate in the recital.
Missed classes may not be deducted from tuition payments.
You should come to the instructor and discus about quantity of private lessons. Then you must make Advance payment. It is required.
Communicating with Instructors
We work very hard to keep you informed via e-mail, and text message. However, it is your responsibility to keep up to date by reading and checking all the information in the e-mails and text messages which you receive from the Fabulous Dance Studio. If you have a question about the dance studio please do not ask instructor during or in-between classes. The Instructor(s) have a very tight schedule and is not able to meet with parents during class because it can use up valuable class time. If you need to talk personally to an instructor please schedule an appointment with the instructor through email so that the instructors can give you her full attention. Please respect the instructor’s time. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
We have viewing windows in the lobby so that parents may watch class the first full week of each month. Parents cannot watch other lessons after the first week as it distracts children from the lessons. Please be careful of conversation topics because there are many “little ears” around. Please do not talk about adult topics, other dancers or parents, or instructors, or costumes for dance. This is not appropriate for the lobby area. If you have a problem regarding the instructors, other students, or parents, please schedule an appointment with the instructor through email so that the instructor can give you full answer to your question (s). By talking about it in the lobby you are undermining the instructor’s authority or hurting the feelings of other dancers and their parents. Please help us to promote the most positive environment and make everyone feel we are a big friendly team.
Preparation of children for recital will start in January. All children admitted to our studio after January will not participate in the recital. The dress rehearsals for the recital will be June, 27th 2017 . There will be four recital performances June, 29-30th 2017. Please reserve these dates now because your child could perform any one of these days. The dress rehearsals are mandatory for anyone wanting to perform in the recital. (Dancers who do not attend the dress rehearsal WILL NOT be allowed to perform in the recital.) Young children’s classes will only perform in one or two shows. We will not propose that each viewer must buy a ticket for our recital; we will rely upon the background experience when parents pay a certain sum of funds for a family and you can attend our recital with the relatives, and invite friends. This sum will depend on the number of participators and you will know the exact sum in January.
